The Role
some tasks are boring eg admin tasks but you get that with any job- most of the tasks are really interesting
all colleagues treat you with respect and just like one of them- not like your an intern
my manager is very supportive and tries really hard to get me good opportunities where i can develop
some days are busier due to beginning of quarter or near an event, but most of the time its ok
you are given a good amount of responsibility, but it depends how much effort you put in. If you try hard and show you are trustworthy then they will give you more responsibility
working in an international company teaches you a lot about working with people from other cultures and just putting into practice what you have learnt at uni, you can't learn everything from a book especially in business
The Company
I have a good team who are light hearted and approachable
intel have a good placement scheme with everything in place for you
the training is available if you wish you could do a different training each week

it is a great company to work for even if you dont think you are interested in IT- I didnt know the first thing about a PC when I started
The Culture
yes but I didnt like them!
wasnt too bad, similar to uni, but we get paid so its fine
not so great in swindon, but many towns within one hour eg london, bristol, oxford
there is a social club and many sports and volunteering opportunities so a lot to do if you get involved
