The Role
Great experience Exposed to different areas of the business Had so many opportunities to learn and push myself Everyone is willing to help you and answer your questions Friendly environment
Extremely, feel like part of the team and have full responsibility for your tasks
A lot of guidance Regular meetings with your manager to help you progress and ensure you are always kept busy And if there are any problems they are addressed
Some days were less busy but there was always something to do even if it was outside research on the job in hand.
I was given a lot of responsibility, had the opportunity to carry out a project from start to finish and make decisions regarding the process. Even got to present my work to the organisation at the end.
