The Role
Great opportunities to make a difference in any job role, with a strong social community as well.
There's no indicator to say that you're an intern, so you are truley treated equally by your peers.
Regular meetings with managers and supervisors. the Open door policy means you can set up time with anyone.
The work load is stresful at times, but this really pushes you to keep on top of your job. There is a strong sense of challenge.
Was given a lot of responsibility in my role, you could instantly notice a difference if things when right, or sometimes wrong. Everything I do makes an impact on a part of the business.
Learnt so much working for Intel, from Company structure, personal objective setting and skills in communication and time managment.
The Company
The open office allows for lots of fun when needed, but everyone has a strong work ethic.
The role isn't tailored to an internship, but the structure and organisation of joining intel
Lots of training at the start, plus plenty of optional courses if you have the time. Regular meetings to set objectives also help development throughout the placement.

Would love to take a job back with Intel, would have no hesitiation on saying yes.
The Culture
With lots of interns, there is a strong social community at intel. This allows for events created by both students and the company.
With no university in swindon, prices, espeically rent, are cheaper than most students will be paying already.
Enough to keep most students satisfied.
Loads of sports teams at work to get involved with, and loads of social events going on.
