The Role
I find my work quite difficult but always have help when I need it. I wouldn't want it to be too easy or I wouldn't be learning anything.
I am close with my project team.
My supervisor is very interactive and goes out of their way to ensure I am okay with my work. My manager is helpful with my more long term goals.
Some days I am rushed off my feet (but enjoy that) and some days I get slightly bored. So wouldn't want it to go further in either direction.
I own my own section of our project.
This placement teaches things that you can't learn in a classroom. Actually being part of the business is completely different than what you might expect!
The Company
My team is very quiet but I have a lot of fun within my project team.
The 6 week intern changeover period was helpful but I originally did not have much work to do after that period.
I receive all the training any other employee gets. Unless that training is expensive! But that's understandable as we may not be coming back.

The Culture
Massive intern social life.
Cheapest house i've ever lived in and majority of interns live in that area.
Good because of the interns, but it is Swindon after all...
