The Role
Definitely the most challenging yet most enjoyable job I've had.
I was given plenty of Opportunities and felt like I was
Held regular 1:1's with my manager and supervisor which helped me gain clarity on my role and responsibilities throughout the internship.
At most times I was extremely busy but in a good way. As I was involved in a worldwide project supporting a wide base of stakeholders so there was alway a large amount of work to do but the experiences gained more than made up for it.
I was treated like any other member of the team.
Gave me real world experiences of what I learn't at University and helped me define my future career path.
The Company
Didn't feel like I had a great induction which in turn mean't that I had a slow start. After a few months everything after that went smoothly.
I got the opportunity to travel abroad as part of the project I was part of. Some of the training that was available was prioritised for full time team members but every option was discussed with my Manager.

The Culture
Rent is cheaper than any other accomodation i've seen around.
Lived in Swindon for my whole life so a bit worn for me.
