About You
Well structured and provided a great insight into working for M&GPrudential.
During speed networking in particular the employees made a real effort to talk to us and give us into an insight into their careers at M&GPrudential.
Were given good levels of guidance where required.
I think it will significantly help with my grad job applications, the employability skills in particular helped to highlight areas to focus my development on.
The Company
Extremely well structured, the trading exercise is particular was very well done. Managed to complete a lot of different activities within the day.
Very good, everyone worked well together and shared their stories, it was quite a relaxed environment which I think helped.
It was only an insight day so they could only provide so much, but I feel I developed, and learnt, a lot from it all.
This was an area the insight day particularly excelled in, hearing from multiple employees, across a variety of levels, about the positive culture and work life balance you get working for them really helped me to grasp what it's like to work at the company.
Employees at all levels spoke very highly of the company culture.
Attracted me greatly to a career at M&GPrudential and their graduate scheme.
Everything Else
N/A
Yes, speed networking over lunch with a vast number of employees was very insightful.
Extremely good, able to network with those you wanted to learn more from and gain those invaluable insights.
Yes, we were told of volunteer days through the presentations and learnt of various sporting clubs whilst networking.
Definitely, learnt a great deal and no real negatives to report.
