The Role
A valuable opportunity, but not what I want to do in the future.
As an intern, not always included in F2F / meetings out of office
Some interns provided with Buddy, and received regular motoring. I did not, however was useful for those who did.
Very unpredictable. Quiet at times, but Intel are very flexible with your involvement with different projects and teams. You can find your own work.
Due to the nature of my role, the majority of work was only seen internally. However a lot of internal responsibility
Learnt many transferable skills that can be applied to any sales / marketing role. Also valuable business understanding to take back to University for final year
The Company
The placement scheme as a whole is very well organised, however my role is particular was very ambiguous.
Intel as a whole provide extensive training in your first few weeks. Most Interns have a 6 week handover from the existing intern.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
I enjoyed the company culture however not the industry I wish to work in
The Culture

It is what you make it.
