The Role
Was a very interesting placement, it was different from what was expected in a good way. There were many experiences that I feel were exclusive to a placement in recruitment that were valuable.
Nothing was too much of an ask, the managers are there for a reason and are always happy to help.
The initial training was beneficial but I feel as though a 6 month refresher/more advanced training would enhance the process
It varies on a daily basis dependent on the roles you’ve booked but I was busy 80% of the time when given my own desk
As a resourcer there isn’t must responsibility but when you transition to a trainee consultant the difference is huge
The confidence, professionalism and working skills are ones that will assist me in life but I wouldn’t necessarily say they’ll help me with my degree
The Company
Always fun, friendly and warm!
Again, it would’ve benefited from a 6month updated training scheme to adapt to the new role most of us undertook
The informal training made the biggest impact e.g. everyday learning from colleagues as you go.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Healthcare/Dental
They definitely offer a lot of prospects to future employees
The Culture
I was the only placement student in my office
I lived at home so can’t comment on thjs
