The Role
I am really enjoying my work placement with Fidelity. The environment, culture and employees make it an interesting place to work in. Also, the given responsibilities makes me motivated and always pushing me to give my full potential.
I feel valued by my colleagues by showing me interest of my opinions and ideas as well as getting their support when needed.
I got a really good support and guidance by my manager and colleagues as well.
Busy more often. The responsibilities and tasks which were given to me so far made my days busy and challenging. But that doesn't mean that I couldn't do any additional activities not related to my role.
On the early days, not too much. But since I improved myself and asked for additional responsibilities, a lot of responsibilities were given to me, which I've learnt a lot from them and made me better.
I believe the knowledge and experience that I've earned so far will help me a lot in my career.
The Company
Great, supportive and enjoyable.
Well organised.
So far, I got one high-valued training course from my employer. Also, they provided me with internal resources for learning and development.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home

I am still during the placement year, so not sure yet. But, I believe that I will get a job with them.
The Culture
Yeah, there were several social scenes.
Not expensive and affordable compared to the Central of London.
I am afraid there was no nightlife.
Yeah, there were several opportunities to get involved with charity and social activities .
