The Role
The whole experience was very enjoyable and I gained invaluable skills. Would highly recommend to anyone with an interest in Data Analysis, Software Development, People Flow.
The Team was passionate about my progress and ensured I made the most of time through various projects, each growing my skills and creating new ones. Due to the pandemic, there were not may opportunities to meet the team socially. However before the pandemic, the team was very inviting.
The team provided ample opportunity for support and courses to progress my learning. Down to yourself to do, it isn't handed to you on a plate, so you get the best training for your needs.
Busy most days with a few days of long hours
I was given a lot of responsibility in the delivery of content for each of the projects I was involved in, often having a review with seniors and the report being created.
I gained invaluable soft skills as well as direction on my career path.
The Company
Great, with lots of people to meet, pandemic stopped it quickly though
The process was very quick and smooth with no hindrance.
It is down to yourself how much training you want. Any course you want needs to bring value to the business.
