The Role
Work was interesting and engaging. Learnt new things which helped with degree
Colleagues were really friendly and helpful. Everyone made you feel welcome
Tended to be graduates who gave the most insight and help rather than management.
Occasionally very busy, but had little or no work for a significant amount of time.
Any work was checked so felt like had little responsibility.
Helped to reinforce knowledge already learnt at University, however knowledge was limited to few modules.
The Company
For the majority, everyone got along and were pleasant. Office could have done with a clean.
Felt like there was little (if any) work at points. Felt like I was a hindrance when having to ask for work repeatedly.
One member of management spent time with me working on my ICE attributes.
My perspective is that the company has a good graduate scheme .
The Culture
Met 2 summer placements from another department towards end of placement. An event could have been run to introduce us to summer placement students within other departments.
Epsom office is near to my family home so this was not really a concern of mine.
Limited, popular attractions are far with limited public transport options.
Department ran a lot of events but would have been nice to see more the team involved.
