Technology architecture Review

It was probably the top 10 events in my life! I met so many people for different backgrounds and got to thoroughly enjoy the 4 days. It didn’t feel like I was being recruited for a job, it just felt like I was having a good time with some great people!

I have felt extremely valued at Accenture, from day 1 to working 9 months at the company. Not once have I felt uncomfortable or as if I could not reach out for help if it was required. Everyone has made me feel at ease the whole way through. Starting work can be overwhelming but it was a smooth transition.

I was given so much guidance from the HR/recruitment team to alumni members who I met at the event over the course of the few days. Even before we started we were able to join a web chat to talk to them to understand what we were getting ourselves into!

The skills and knowledge I gained over the course of the few days definitely made it easier for me, when I started at Accenture. There was certain information I had obtained that I wouldn’t have otherwise through other recruitment processes! I always had people I knew to talk to for help or advice.

It was incredibly well structured. It had a range of activities for us to get invlolved in. From getting stuck in the group project, to getting to play around with some of their new technology. I have been to loads of recruitment processes but this was by far the best one!

The general atmosphere was relaxed and incredibly motivating, I didn’t once feel under pressure to act a certain way. I was able to be myself throughout the entire process, and not once did I feel like I couldn’t ask for help. It was planned and executed incredibly well thanks to the recruitment team.

The company invested in me from day 1. From staring the tech vis, going to our intital training in India to also having a few weeks to train in various courses of our choice. As well working we our encouraged to keep doing side desk training courses at any time as we like.

It was thou roughly helpful. I stepped out of university having graduated in maths and looking for roles in finance. Only after attending the tech vis did I even consider a career in tech. It was supposed to be an experience but I came away with a whole career path change and I am super happy!

The 4 day insight made it absolutely clear that this was the type of company I wanted to work for. The people at Accenture is something that everyone raves about when I was doing my research and I didn’t quite understand it but once I started and now 9 months down the line I truly understand what they mean!

It was the moment that actually changed my plans totally! I was looking to pursue a career in a totally different direction but the tech vis and especially Accenture made it hard for me to not to work for them and pursue technology! Honestly it was the Best decision ever!

I was reimbursed adequately for all my travel expenses made.

There were many opportunities for us to go find the information we required. From speaking to members of leadership to alumni graduates who had previously attended the tech vis, it was incredibly helpful

The best! We got to attend a session at flight club in shoreditch, socialise with our peers and the alumni members of the tech vis from the previous round over food and drinks

I have beeen thoroughly informed of the many society’s, charity days, events that happen regularly!

100%! You never know what will work for you until you try it! For me luckily it worked out it may for you to!
