The Role
I really valued every aspect of my time at NATS, from the environment, to my standard of work, and also the people who i worked with.
Personally I believe very valued and supported. I am aware of how my work contributes to the company overall and were praised on my achievements. This comes down to how well the company is doing, as the whole environment is a very pleasing one to be in, everyone is very respectable!
There was non stop guidance and support from the get go. This really helped getting settled in. Was greeted with a tour, and a great introduction with the people that were in the team. I really liked how the support was always there when i needed it, which gave me a lot of respect and warm towards the management.
I would always have work to complete, and got involved in a lot of meetings. The workflow was very manageable, and also flexible. This helped with bringing a positive attitude in the work place. All time spent doing work throughout the day was meaningful and enjoyable.
I was given the task to help run a project, where the weeks progressed more responsibilities arose. I was working with the management and also at the head of the project - This gave me the opportunity to be in meetings, and even present ideas to others. Each responsibility gave me lots experience .
The experience, working in a award winning company, has widened my insight to what it's like to work in a area relevant to my degree. This sets me up for my future endeavours and also the remaining years of university. I can use this to aid me in a brighter future and also improve my studies.
The Company
The atmosphere was enjoyable to be around. I never felt out of place and always put me in a positive attitude to work as a result.
The plan for my time at NATS was very well organised and well set up. Everything was time managed perfectly.
The encouragement, advice and general effort people gave me whilst working there was phenomenal. I felt apart of the team from the beginning and was always encouraged in my day to day.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Very. Everything that i gained from working with NATS showed me what a great company it would be to work for.
The Culture
There was a good social scene throughout the company really, i think that stems down to how nice everyone was. There were clubs and a very nice canteen which was a big social hub during tea time.
I was working near my home so it did not cost me anything as i lived in my parents house.
Again, was working near my hometown so didn't really experience any nightlife.
Yes there was many clubs, each had lots of know about and was advertised throughout the company.
