  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • i enjoyed the experiance. i loved how academic knowladge was put to the test.

  • i am always given support. if in need of help, i have people around me who are qualified to help.

  • generally busy. sometimes quiet sometimes busy.

  • i was left to do my own work, and steup up as a process engineer. however if i was unsure about something, i would ask a collegue or manager.

  • all the skil;ls and training days help developed knowladge which will be applicable to future studies.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • the atmosphere is a working office atmosphere. sometimes quiet to get your work done or sometimes chatty to help clear your mind of work.

  • placement is organised.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • this company i can not fault. one of the largest production sites, and i was always trained when in need. my development was always monitered which is a really good thing.

  • there is no grad scheme in place at the moment. would be wonderfull if this was in place.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • everyone at solenis is friendly and approachable. the interns are in a similar position to yourself, so we all felt at eas when sharing experiances.

  • work is very local to my family home.

  • solenis is quite local to town.

  • career fairs, leaving events were all after work activities which are optional to get involved in.
