The Role
i enjoyed the experiance. i loved how academic knowladge was put to the test.
always felt welcomed.
i am always given support. if in need of help, i have people around me who are qualified to help.
generally busy. sometimes quiet sometimes busy.
i was left to do my own work, and steup up as a process engineer. however if i was unsure about something, i would ask a collegue or manager.
all the skil;ls and training days help developed knowladge which will be applicable to future studies.
The Company
the atmosphere is a working office atmosphere. sometimes quiet to get your work done or sometimes chatty to help clear your mind of work.
placement is organised.
this company i can not fault. one of the largest production sites, and i was always trained when in need. my development was always monitered which is a really good thing.
