The Role
It has been a great experiance for me to develope skills in th business world. I feel like when i go back to uni in my final year i will have developed more in depth understanding of the business world with an improved work ethic
I was treated very well, most importantly my colleagues always challenged me which was the biggest benifactor to my developement.
The intern scheme had leads and many people involved with bags of experiance, i always felt like i knew who to go to if i had any concerns or questions.
Very busy
My job role covered a vast amount that enabled me to take ownership and really develope my skills.
This i'm sure will help my finance modules and furthermore my people management modules in hich you have to understand a corporate culture.
The Company
Positive, everyone was friendly and all teams interlinked to ensure the business was whole.
A couple of hicups at the start, but suring the placement the support was there whenever i needed it to be. I think there could be more communication between the scheme and the managers interns work under.
Constantly undertaking classes such as the complete presenter course ensured that there was a sense of being invested in, these are skills i look forward to using to max my final year of university
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
I will definitely be considering coming back to this organisation if i'm offered the job
The Culture
We were always doing activities such as socials and going for a drink. This also spread to the graduates.
I lived in Reading but worked in London so i paid around £450 a month in rent and bills.
The south is never good nightlife. Especially London and Reading.
