I found the insight week extremely informative and beneficial. I learned so much about Citi and what their values are within the business.

I felt very valued during the insight week. They were constantly ensuring we were all engaging in the activities and answering our questions which definitely made me feel noticed.

I received a lot of guidance and support throughout the insight week. All the Speakers provided a lot of useful advice that I will definitely value.

I think the skills I learned will definitely help with my future studies, but more importantly my career progression.

The insight week was very well structured with a wide variety of speakers from many different areas of the business. They provided good time slots and ensuring we got enough breaks in order to take all of the information in.

Overall, the atmosphere was very positive and inspiring. There was a constant uplifting atmosphere and engaging atmosphere and definitely has helped with my confidence going forward into my career path.

The firm invested heavenly in our development. for example, They provided a real time trading activity in order to get some insight into what a career in the markets and trading area is like.

I definitely think that each of the speaker and presenters gave a wide vaireity of information about their personal experience within the firm which gave a good insight into what a career in Citi would offer.

I think the insight week provided a lot of background information into the aims and mission of Citi and what their overall objective is, and how this feeds into the company culture.

The content was extremely valuable in providing great detail and information into what to expect for a career in Citi in many different areas of the business.

Yes there was a lot of opportunities to network and engage virtually with other employees, and a lot of offers to follow up following the insight week.

As the event was done virtually, there was not many opportunities to network/socialize with other attendees.

Yes the employees gave information on a wide range of outside, social and other activities that employees can get involved with.

Yes i would definitely recommend this insight to a friend. I think the values and priorities the organizers set prior to the insight week to ensure we get a wide range of exposure and information into the business was crucial and done to the highest of expectations and it was definitely a valuable experience.
