About You
I thoroughly enjoyed the Spring Insight Week Programme. We were given the opportunity to learn about the global nature of Citi's operations and gained insights into each of Citi's business departments. We covered Mergers & Acquisitions, BCMA (Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory), Treasury & Trade Solutions, Interviews & Assessment Centres, and other hot topics like Artificial Intelligence & a Post-Pandemic World.
The programme leaders were warm and friendly and made me feel very valued.
A lot. I was provided with emails before each day detailing when to log on. Support was given to any members who needed it.
Not only have I gained new skills, I have been given a new way of thinking which i will carry forward into my studies.
The Company
Very well structured. Each day was laid out clearly and included breaks so that attendees could gather their thoughts in between sessions.
Very welcoming. The atmosphere was professional and friendly. There was a great sense of camaraderie between both the programme leaders and the attendees.
They invested a lot of time and effort in putting together a programme which gave us exposure to the world of finance. This is an amazing achievement, in what is such unprecedented times.
I was able to hear opinions about the culture within Citi and was afforded the opportunity to ask Alumni of the Spring Week and current employees what their job entails and what it is like to work at Citi.
It was extremely helpful. The ability to hear directly from Citi's employees about the company culture was very insightful.
Very. I now have a much more informed view of the Financial sector and would be interested in learning more about Citi.
Everything Else
I did not incur any expenses as part of the Spring Insight Week.
Yes, we had the opportunity to network with employees through a number of digital mediums.
Very cordial. We were able to ask questions and gain insightful answers.
Yes. Some of the employees discussed pastimes and hobbies that they engage in while others discussed charitable activities that they pursue.
Yes, without doubt. I feel that the programme would be of benefit to anyone who is interested in Citi or the Financial sector.
