About You
It was very interesting and insightful. I was introduced to many different divisions in the bank, leaving me with deep thoughts on what division I should pursue in investment banking.
Very valued, every session we were able to ask very detailed specific questions, being more assured about our interests within all divisional sessions offered during the Spring Insight.
Support was very good. All technical issues that we encountered were dealt with very well and effectively.
I grasped a basic level of financial knowledge which is not provided from me degree. That, which some further research, can become more advanced knowledge, which can be useful entering the investment banking industry.
The Company
Very well structured, there was a guidebook of the event and how it was going to specifically be planned.
Very calm and peaceful.
They invested in my passion for investment banking.
Very well, the day to day sessions really focused on this, allowing me to grasp a full time role at UBS and what it is like.
Very clearly. The employees were very open minded in telling us about the culture offered by UBS, both generally and in their division
Utmost valuable. Reassured my motivations for a career in investment banking and my plans for applying for internships next year.
Everything Else
The event was virtual in light of the coronavirus pandemic. So this was not a necessary condition
N/A —>if you were proactive then sending personalised invites to employee on LinkedIn would be effective.
N/A
Yes, many philanthropic, international and educational opportunities available in UBS, allowing me to know that that UBS is more than banking
Certainly, a lovely experience and a nice culture
