  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight was a fantastic opportunity to gain an understanding of what life at Citi is like. All the sessions were rewarding and the organised speakers were engaging throughout.

    • The insight team were extremely welcoming and were willing to help with anything. The organised speakers really related a sense of family at Citi and everyone appeared to genuinely care about the company and their fellow employees.

    • The insight left me with a feeling of excitement and confidence as I knew what arae of banking I wanted to go into after university. Without the insight, this may not have been possible.

    • I was unsure of my future career path before the Spring programme. However, the insight allowed interns to experience the work of different departments and this led to me finding the department I really wanted to work in.
