Spring Intern Review

I genuinely enjoyed the whole Spring Programme and how it was organised, as I believe it was extremely insightful and interactive. I loved hearing from so many employees coming from different backgrounds and divisions, which I found was extremely stimulating and helpful.

I felt really valued during my Spring Internship at Citi. The programme was extremely well organised and every session was extremely interactive, so I always had the chance ask questions and receive answers. Additionally, all the employees always made sure to pay attention to everyone, which was amazing.

I was provided with all the support I may have needed during the insight at Citibank. I always knew who to reach out to, in case I needed support, and everyone was always ready to help others out, if needed.

Citi's Spring Programme was extremely insightful and it really provided me with a broad vision of the diverse operating practices of today's financial industry. I also remained impressed with the fact that every employee gave me a clear insight into their role. All the information I received will definitely be more than useful in my degree studies and beyond.

The insight was extremely well organised and structured. I was also provided with a guidebook and slides, in order to access documents when they were being referred to during the sessions. The programme was also very interactive, which was incredibly helpful and stimulating.

The general atmosphere during the insight was amazing. I genuinely believe that the programe was extremely well planned. I also learned so much about Citi and its stimulating and friendly working environment. Every session was so interactive, and it was possible for me to also interact with other interns, which was very exciting.

Citi's Spring Programme was extremely insightful and it provided me with a very broad insight into the financial industry. I am sure that all the skills that I have gained during the Programme will be more than useful in my future career.

The Spring Insight really helped me understand what it would be like to have a full time role at the firm, through live Q&As, presentations and extremely interactive sessions. I am more than satisfied with how the programme was structured also for this particular reason.

The Spring Insight at Citi undoubtedly helped me understand the company culture and amazing working environment. Every session was extremely insightful and helpful as well.

The content included in the Spring Insight was extremely valuable and the programme definitely helped me strengthened my interest in pursuing a career in finance.

It was, like all the other spring programmes, an unpaid insight.

Yes, there were many opportunities to network and talk to other employees of the company, which was amazing. Everyone was very happy to network and it all contributed to creating a very nice environment.

The programme had to be readapted, due to Covid-19, but Citi made sure to make the Programme as interactive as possible, through Q&As, live chats with alumni etc.

An amazing aspect of the Insight was the fact that I could hear and learn from so many employees working in different divisions and ask them questions. Most of them get involved in many social activities outside of work, many of which are organised by Citi itself.

I would definitely recommend this Insight to all my peers.
