About You
The spring week was very insightful. It was done online because of the current crisis, and the presentations were very informative. I attended the GCIB and Global Markets seminars, and they were very helpful in order to understand better those two departments.
The speakers took a lot of time to answer our questions. The Q&As were very interactive.
This insight allowed us not only to learn more about the industry, but also about the company's values and culture! The analyst panel was also here to answer all our concerns and give us useful tips!
The information we received was absolutely crucial. Being at an age where we are starting to figure out more clearly which career path is the most suitable for us, we managed to get an insight - even through our screens- of what a typical day in GCIB and Global Markets is.
The Company
The insight was very well structured. We had an opening presentation of the company itself, then seminars according to the departments we applied to, and then a closing presentation with the analyst panel who shared their experience with us!
Even though we would have loved to meet the teams in person, the company did its best so that their spring interns could benefit from this opportunity during the Covid-19 crisis, and we are all very grateful for this!
Even during this crisis, they took time to share their knowledge with us!
The opening presentation highlighted the various values and the culture of this firm, being all about teamwork and inclusivity! And this was always confirmed by the speakers and analyst panel. It definitely seems like a self-fulfilling environment to work in.

It was extremely valuable to hear from professionals themselves what their daily life was like!
Everything Else
We were reimbursed all our expenses, such as our plane ticket.
During every presentation we had the opportunity me meet and ask questions to employees of the firm working in this specific department.
Due to the current crisis everything was held online, however the company still managed to introduce us to as many professionals as possible.
The employees highlighted the team spirit of the firm and how much building relationships outside of work was important.
Yes absolutely! The selection process is very challenging, however with motivation everything is possible, and the outcome was definitely worth it!
