The Role
I have really enjoyed my placement - i have learnt so much and developed so many skills
I have always been treated like one of the team. I have been trusted to do my lead my own tasks and projects and always given support and freedom when needed
i have been given losts of support from not just my line manager but my whole team - everyone always makes time to help you out.
Always very busy - there is a large amount of work to do - i was never bored or lacking work. even if there is a quiet day you have loads of ways to help with self devleopment
lost - but i was given it when i was ready to for it - i wasnt thrown in at the deepend but helped and mentored to get to the point where i was able to lead accounts and projects
i have learnt lots of life skills and lessons throughout my placement that helped me during my time at unilever and will go on to help me finish uni and do well in my future career.
