The Role
Really enjoyable
Staff I had interactions with were always more than happy to give you their attention, they were all extremely helpful and open to any questions.
Hr staff always on hand if you had any questions or problems.
Lots of activities going on throughout the day giving a broad insight into the career.
Wasn't really expecting to be given any responsibility during an insight week, so this wasn't a suprise.
Went into the week with very limited knowledge of markets and economy, came out of it with a lot of new information, and useful tips on how to succeed in making it in this job sector.
The Company
Great team spirit, with good humored banter
We knew where we were going at what specific times every day, very well organised.
Lots of talks from high up staff and lots of material that will be very useful in the future was provided.
The Culture
Social events were organised on 2 of the 5 nights we were there, surprising how close a relationships were built over such a short space a time.
Accommodation was paid for and there was free drinks and food provided at the social events
Rbs set up voluntary work for us to undertake which was both enjoyable and rewarding at the same time!
