The Role
I enjoyed it very much, I liked working with very friendly and patient people.
Very valued, I felt that my ideas were considered and used when appropriate. I am grateful for the trust they put in me to do my job.
I felt when I was in the office I was helped a lot. It became a little bit harder when we worked from home but if I had queries they were answered. I only wish I was given more tasks as I sometimes found it hard to come up with my own.
When there were supervisors to help me I was always busy. However when I was working in the office alone I often finished tasks before the end of the day and was unsure what I could do.
I felt I was given lots of opportunity for responsibility. I was always given the choice as well which I appreciated.
There are lots of transferable skills for me even just basic ones like experiencing full time work. I am happy I got to get some qualifications as well.
The Company
Very friendly and welcoming attitude.
I felt like there was good structure and variety to my role.
Lots of opportunity to get qualifications and develop new skills.
National Travel
I would consider working for BCP again, although have no plan to at the moment.
The Culture
Very friendly and inviting!
The salary was low but I managed alright
