The Role
Great variety of work, love that the work positively impacts patients and the NHS.
The best colleagues, wasn't treated like an intern but as an integral member of the team.
Management always willing to help and support and frequently checked in with me.
Sometimes found myself not busy enough, however felt that I could flag this to my manager and was given more work.
Mixture of supporting on projects and being project lead. Felt that this was a good balance and was great to be trusted with the responsibility on projects I lead.
The Company
When colleagues were in the office it was great, however the work from home culture meant that it was frequently quiet in the office.
Lots of development opportunities within my team, however many formal trainings etc have been moved to the online training system instead of face to face which makes them less engaging.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
The Culture
As there are only 5 students and due to the rural location of the office this was limited. However great socialising with colleagues when away on trips for meetings.
