  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed my job in the aspect that it gave me an inside look to the working world. I did tasks that intrigued me, however they were repetitive at times.

    • I think I valued my colleagues in the way of support, I assisted in variuos tasks and I would ask to take on tasks to help them out, I am very proactive.

    • I was given support at times but I was also allowed to explore my potentials. I realised that I worked well on my own and I don't need to ask for help all the time, I can figure things out with a bit perservation.

    • There was less work for me to do around christmas, and also because I didn't have enough experience to do certain things. The recession was a problem too.

    • I didn't have enough experience to do certain things, so the tasks I could do were limited.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • i learned java by myself no traning offered. I also learned unix scripting which will extremely help me in my final year KITC (Kent IT Clinic) module.
