The Role
Got a thorough understanding of not only Operations, but the Banking World in general
The group of interns I was with were similar in their professional mindsets to me, and I found this useful
Always available to answer questions either by email or in person
Perfect division of time between the various activities
My ultimate responsibility was to give my utmost throughout the week
Networking skills in particular will be of use in any career choice
The Company
Very warm and positive, enabling me to ask all of my questions!
Timing was on point, and all the organisers knew what they were doing
Lots of networking sessions to develop ourselves personally, as well as the myriad training activities on the Tuesday that served to enhance our understanding of Investment banking
