The Role
Lots of opportunity to participate in the day to day tasks, project work and skills development. Ensured the year remained exciting throughout.
Made to feel welcome from day one. We did a lot outside of work as well.
Great support structure in place. Everyone was available to help at all times.
Very busy with the day to day tasks. And if it was quiet, I always had project work to get on with.
I was treated the same as my team and I was expected to do the same quantity of work. This made me feel like an employee and not an Undergrad.
I had regular training sessions which have developed essential skills. Usually, an external specialist company would come onsite to host them to give the best experience.
The Company
Very relaxed but remained professional at all times. There was always an event or activity to celebrate.
Very well organized. A clear structure set from the beginning.
The training and development definitely exceeded my expectations. The placement was incredibly valuable.

The Culture
Formed friends for life. There was 27 Undergrads in total which meant there was always stuff going on.
I was fortunate enough to live from home. However, as a city, Milton Keynes is relatively cheap.
Lots of pubs and bars. A few clubs to e joy as well.
There was always emails regarding external activities. From charity work to sports events.
