The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my placement. From team members to projects I would highly recommend this employer
I was appreciated for all the work I did. Thank you emails were common practice between members and nothing was under appreciated.
My supervisor would hold regular one to ones meetings and really cared about my uni placement program. They would not hesitate to provide me with any assistants i needed no matter how heavy their work load.
I would have daily tasks and would be involved in major projects. The work load was a perfect balance. and in slow periods self learning would be encouraged with access to Linkin learning.
I was given my own task that I could call my own but I was also taught skills that allowed me to assist other team members. I felt that my tasks were important to the greater project but if I was struggling I know I would be supported by my team.
I learnt a great deal of things on my placement. I learnt how to use graphic design and creative tools in a professional environment.
The Company
Everyone was relaxed and open. Work was always done and targets were hit without the need for a stiff environment.
This was a well structured intern program that encourage an intern community through organised events.
Lot's of training was offered to both full time and part time staff.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I would very much love to work in a full time position with this company. but Junior roles look a little hard to come by.
The Culture
yes, team members would often meet after work at a pub until public transport calmed down.
I'm not the outgoing type, but London has it all. Not always cheap but doable if you are money savvy.
Again I'm not the partying type but no doubt you wouldn't be lost to find a place in London.
Plenty of groups and club activities to get involved with. Extremely inclusive with many groups and clubs.
