The Role
Working at Warner Bros. has been the best experience an undergrad could ask for. The responsibility and trust that my managers gave me was really important to help me progress and grow as a person.
My managers gave me a lot of responsibility once I was comfortable in the role. They don't want interns to be doing admin all day but actually want them to contribute towards big projects.
My manager was great in giving me opportunities and responsibilities. It was great to get guidance at the start but also to let me work problems out on my own once I was trusted in the team.
At the start, I wasn't that busy (which was probably a good thing to help me find my feet) but as the year went on it got busier as I became more comfortable.
Lots, once I was comfortable and my team trusted me in the role, I was given opportunities to manage projects with limited guidance.
The skills and experience I have gotten will help me so much throughout my career. I feel like the growth from this placement has put me in a strong stead for future jobs. The personal growth has been huge.
The Company
Great, everyone is very welcoming and there's a good mix of work and play.
Well, felt like if I had a problem, the placement team would be there to help.
A lot, the skills and info I have gained from trainings and just general work is a huge investment in the company.

Very, would love to come back.
The Culture
For sure, we had a great group of interns who would most likely be found down the pub like clockwork on a Thursday.
Pretty expensive, but London is. If you play it right though, you can have a cheap night.
Decent, very close to Covent Garden and also very central so everything is pretty close.
Quite a few. Would've maybe liked a few more.
