The Role
Enjoyed working for the company as a whole. A very good insight into the Aviation industry.
A good level of responsibility is given to interns backed with good support from managers and co-workers.
Very supportive and always very helpful when asking any form of question.
A good consistency of work load was maintained throughout internship.
Responsibilities varied and in my experience it was just right for my role and ability.
Not all skills learned will be applied in final years of university but will 100% be used through out my career after graduating.
The Company
Very positive environment.
Very good internship structure and with future career opportunities.
GE invested very well in its interns.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events

Healthcare/Dental
I would like to explore my options/opportunities for working within GE Aviation in the future.
The Culture
With a large amount of interns at GE Wales, the social aspect was very good.
Cardiff is a very good and cheap place to live.
Cardiff is a very good night out for all no matter what you are looking to experience.
Many internal social groups that did extra activities after work such as running, surfing, football and rugby.
