The Role
I was in RBS during the announcement of the restructuring but despite the tough times, the internship went fine, everything was done to make sure we could work in good conditions.
People were very available and easy to approach on matter how senior they were.
There were two rotations in the programme and especially during the second one I had very busy days.
The placement is a bit too short to be given real responsibilities.
The Company
Once again, despite the context, people were warm and always tried to make sure the atmosphere was as nice as possible but still work focused though.
