  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The placement experience was very good, the staff are very helpful and informative and there was always help available when required.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

    • I was accepted by my team very quickly, they understood my previous experience and assisted when required. They are a very friendly bunch of people and we have participated in many activities both at and outside of work.

    • My manager was very kind and considerate and understood my circumstances, he offered me great opportunities and was very supportive throughout.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • Very busy, I had a lot of work to do. The work load was very big. I liked this as it was a challenged but I'm not sure it would be for everyone.

    • I enhanced and expanded skills and principles I learnt at uni as well as new skills and new experiences.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • The other young guy in the office was good company, we would go out for drinks and meet up after work.

    • Expensive. Cornwall is not cheap

    • Not great, Cornwall is very chill paced.

    • Yeah, loads of activities, walking surfing. Any sports.
