The Role
I highly recommend the Aldi General Management IP year, it is an incredible opportunity to work in a fast passed business and take real responsibility.

Fantastic support and guidance throughout the time spent in stores when learning the store management role. Within those six months I sat down for a weekly catch-up with my mentor and discussed my progress which was incredibly beneficial.
