The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed. Great work environment, opportunities and work life balance
Felt valued and included in all team activities
Offered support throughout, as well as 6&12 month review
Always busy
Quite a lot, treated as any other team member
Hugely- from Marketing knowledge to general office skills to people skills, all of which I will use in future jobs
The Company
Friendly, hard-working, professional but not too serious
Well, 2 week induction handover with previous intern. Role clearly defined
Developed a lot since the start of my internship from presentation skills to professional communication skills day to day.
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday

Very appealing- exciting place to work, every day is different with different event and opportunities always popping up. However no graduate schemes.
The Culture
Yes around 11 placement students to socialise with who you get to go to Silverstone with for two days, Team offsites, Christmas party etc.
Expensive cost of living but not outrageous. Workplace is around 20mins drive from town centre.
Okay not awful
Social events sometimes planned as a team and planned many events with other interns
