About You
I indeed enjoyed the virtual internship and the learning opportunities provided. I wish I could have received more job related trainings but I guess it is something not compatible with a virtual programme.
I felt valued, especially during the commercial banking specific week when we had less interns per session, therefore been able to interact more.
We were well guided and supported by the career consultants.
Not much with respect to degree studies, as the programme very specific and tailored around the bank's purpose and business model. However, I will surely use the soft skills developed beyond my studies.
The Company
Quite well structured. I truly believe Nat West did a great job considering this is the first time they are running a virtual internship.
It was friendly ad passionate. Everyone has been encouraged to contribute and interact.
