The Role
Packed full of interactive activities and people organising and participating in the event were keen. Everyone in the bank was friendly and got really involved in the programme.
Really good group of people
The event organisers from HR were amazing. Gave a great impression of the bank. All the employees I had contact with were so keen to offer advice and help. Brilliant!
Slightly too busy at times and involved early starts (6:40am) however gave us a true insight into the working day of an employee.
So many opportunities for group work and there was a project organised for the whole week.
Presentation skills, confidence, networking skills.
The Company
Packed full of talks and activities that rarely lost your attention. Games were all fun especially the Track the Trader Game.
Fantastic organisation. We all had 4 desk rotations each all of which were seamlessly organised with our preferences matched up.
So many employees were involved in the programme and gave up their time to help us.
Brilliant impression of the bank - friendly atmosphere with hardworking but importantly fun people.
The Culture
Lack of time for fun - our days were packed with work and the evenings involved organising our project
Again, not much time to socialise.
Not relevant.
Not relevant unless a full time employee.
