  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the virtual experience?
  • I really appreciated being part of this event. First because it allowed us to have a global overview of what Jefferies do. Second, it allowed us to understand better the culture of Jefferies and what make the difference with other firms. Third, it something very valuable to have access to operational people and to ask questions.

  • I feel values because I had the opportunity to ask questions and because all the Jefferies staff took its time to explain us on what they were working on.

  • It will help with my application in investment banking divisions and will help me differentiate in my cover letters and in the application process especially for Jefferies.

  • 5. How well structured was the virtual experience?
  • The experience was very well structured.[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] really made a great job managing the organization. At the beginning of the event we talked about the different parts of the presentation and gave us a schedule. He also manages to alternate presentation and Q&A sessions.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your virtual experience?
  • The atmosphere was very nice. All Jefferies staff took their time to make their presentation, to explain clearly and to answer our questions. My preferred part was the part where analyst gave us advices about our applications in IB.The diversity time gave us really important advices and explained to us what are their goals.

  • He add access to professional in almost every division of Jefferies. They also explained to us what their work consist in and what they do all the day long.

  • It was very useful to understand better Jefferies culture. It’s not easy to know about a company’s culture without meeting with operational. Jefferies staff told us particular stories to help us understand what each values of Jefferies mean while working at Jefferies.

  • It was very useful because we had at the same time a global overview of banking jobs and industry but also very specific insights on every division.
