  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the virtual experience?
  • The Diversity Symposium was a very interesting and engaging experience. This one included Jefferies Executives and Analysts from diverse departments, in addition of HR employees.

  • The Symposium was quite engaging with the viewers. Moreover, as the hosts shared their experience within the bank, you could sense how entry level employees and interns are valued and empowered through increased responsabilities trusted to them.

  • The Symposium was well organised, and every one of our concerns were addressed.

  • As I have studied Finance, the technical introduction to what a bank does and how its divisions operate was not of much guidance. However, I could learn a lot about the company and its culture.
