About You
The Diversity Symposium was a very interesting and engaging experience. This one included Jefferies Executives and Analysts from diverse departments, in addition of HR employees.
The Symposium was quite engaging with the viewers. Moreover, as the hosts shared their experience within the bank, you could sense how entry level employees and interns are valued and empowered through increased responsabilities trusted to them.
The Symposium was well organised, and every one of our concerns were addressed.
As I have studied Finance, the technical introduction to what a bank does and how its divisions operate was not of much guidance. However, I could learn a lot about the company and its culture.
The Company
Very well organised and timed.
All intervenants were engaging and took on all questions without apprehension.
Not many companies host symposiums of the sort.
It gave a very detailed image of what the day to day life of an entry level employee is like.
It gave a very detailed image of what the company culture is like.
I already knew what I wanted to do through diverse work experiences. Nonetheless, the Symposium reinforced my professional choice.
