About You
I attended the Next Generation Diversity Symposium which was held virtually. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It gave a comprehensive overview of Jefferies and I felt like I took a lot away from the event.
Very valued. The team stressed how inclusive their culture was and their entrepreneurial dynamic which means everyone's views are heard.

To a great extent. I now have a good understanding of investment banking, equity sales and trading, and equity research. This has helped me decide which career would be best for me.
The Company
Very well structured.
Welcoming and fun atmosphere. Speakers were very engaging.

A lot. Perspectives were provided from a range of employees from analysts to senior staff. Each speaker spoke in depth about their role and the culture and were happy to take any questions.
