    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the virtual experience?
  • The virtual experience had the perfect balance of both insight talks into specific lines of business, as well as talks about Diversity. The structure was great in the sense that sessions alternated between these two topics so that I was constantly able to match both diversity and the firm's operations together. There was also a good mix of panel discussions and presentations. This I found extremely useful in gaining a better overall insight into Jefferies.

  • All employees were enthusiastic, motivated and inspiring. Thus, the virtual experience was full of light. In this way, I was captivated by what the speakers said. All professionals at Jefferies were very eager to answer questions and assist the students. Thus, the atmosphere was open and friendly. This matches the firm's flat structure at which every person, no matter the level of expertise, is included into the firm. Overall, the general atmosphere was great and I enjoyed the day.
