About You
The 4-week virtual learning program is well organized, giving opportunities to network with current interns and staff, knowing more about the company and its new strategy.
We didn't actually do a project, but we were provided chance to ask any questions and network.
We have a through introduction to bank's new strategy-purpose, as well as specific program speaker session. We also had 1-to-1 buddy to guide us.
We had 2 development session-Building strong relationship and Maximising your potential which are super useful for the following career life.
The Company
We had introduction session (from bank to individual program), network opportunities, development session and CSR Challenge.
I feel supportive and people here are very nice and friendly, they tried their best to give you the insight of the bank and current trending, add your value and help your career journey.
We had development session which were helpful to our career.
We networked with current graduates and also each of us had a buddy.
The company's value is not only be introduced in the specific session, but embedded in every speaker session.
As this is totally virtual, we lack the chance to see the real company and network with more people.
Everything Else
Every Friday we had a fun session, except this , we also had CSR Challenge.
We had virtual activities.
