About You
It was great to be able to hear from Jefferies’ talent from across the firm. It provided ample insight into each role.
It was great that each employee was able to take the time to tell us more about their experiences. Even more senior employees had taken the time to present to us, so it was great to know that we were appreciated.
There was plenty of information disseminated about the firm as a whole, and about the experiences in each role. We were also informed about the culture of the firm, as well as various employee groups.
This will help me focus my career aspirations, as well as better understand the future opportunities available at Jefferies.
The Company
It was well structured with a clear timetable. Each presenter had plenty of time in their segment. Towards the end of the experience, there was plenty of opportunity to question two separate employee panels.
There was a friendly atmosphere, and everyone was eager to learn more. It was great to hear the questions from so many participants, as well as the extensive answers from Jefferies’ employees.
