  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the virtual experience?
  • Overall, I pretty enjoyed the virtual internship. Natwest organized it really well. We had a lot of interesting sessions to learn about the firm and different products.

  • I feel very valued during the time at the firm. HR team actively collect feedback from interns. I feel my opinions are highly valued and heard. Also, we had many coffee chats. All employees are very friendly and respect me.

  • A lot. We had sessions from different product teams of the firm. The representative from each team provide us with a lot of guidance about our career path and also the project we were doing.

  • I did receive a lot of information about the firm and the team. However, the technical skills we learned is limited due to the virtual form.

  • The virtual experience is consisting of skills development, department introduction, CSR project, and also a business-related project. It's well structured.

  • Great. Everyone is friendly and nice. They are willing to talk and share with you their experiences.

  • We did have some skills development sessions, but they were more focused on soft skills instead of technical skilss.

  • Learned a lot about what a full-time role will be like inside of the firm through coffee chats and also online sessions.
