About You
Overall, I pretty enjoyed the virtual internship. Natwest organized it really well. We had a lot of interesting sessions to learn about the firm and different products.
I feel very valued during the time at the firm. HR team actively collect feedback from interns. I feel my opinions are highly valued and heard. Also, we had many coffee chats. All employees are very friendly and respect me.
A lot. We had sessions from different product teams of the firm. The representative from each team provide us with a lot of guidance about our career path and also the project we were doing.
I did receive a lot of information about the firm and the team. However, the technical skills we learned is limited due to the virtual form.
The Company
