The Role
I really enjoyed the whole experience, even if it was delivered in distance. I am impressed by the internship program of Bank of America, which consisted in 3 weeks of training and 3 weeks in the desks. I personally really enjoyed the projects on which I worked and I learnt a lot from them. I met such great people who always found half an hour to talk with us, and that is absolutely impressive.
I felt really valued from my colleagues. I worked on 3 projects at BofA and I received positive feedbacks from everyone. Also constructive feedbacks, on which I am happy to work.
Managers are what makes the difference in that great company. I really felt appreciated from them and they helped me a lot, bot with my project and with my personal growth.
Catch up, workgroups, projects and training. The greatest challenge was to handle with multiple deadline. But the way, my days were full of everything and I enjoyed that.
I worked on different projects: one focused on a presentation for clients on same thematics related to my divisions and two were an analysis for my directors.
I worked on two projects for which what I studied was a bit useless. But I don't think this is a cons, otherwise it was a way to challenge myself and learn something new. For the third project, I believe that my background really helped me in delivering a greater one.
The Company
the environment was absolutely great.
Really well organised. We did such a lot things during these weeks!
Some session of "thriving" are provided but the company. Personally I belive that the best way to growth is talking with the managers, who really help you.
Healthcare from home
The graduate programme offer is something invaluable for a neo-graduated student as me!
The Culture
I catch up with both colleagues and interns.
In London the life i sreally expensive, but I worked from home so I stayed in Italy at my parents' home.
