About You
Early Careers have been amazing delivering a programme with a combined learning style - through involving spotlights to the different business areas and encouraging personal development. Natwest Group colleagues are always willing to speak out of the scheduled sessions and help build a great network to develop as a graduate.
There is truly a flat hierarchy and I was comfortable reaching out to senior members and asking questions. You truly feel valued and your input is considered.
We had a Graduate buddy, Early Careers Team and a Portal Social Wall. Even if the program was virtual you felt up to date with messages and could communicate your concerns to these members and they were amazing at getting back to you! I had weekly catch-ups with my Buddy.
Internships are as amazing as people say, the on-the-job skills gained is so invaluable. I feel more motivated to organise my time and push myself to start societies and even a business through the inspiration of my fellow interns and graduates.
The Company
Due to GDPR, we didn't have access to data and work therefore it was just the nature of the virtual working space. Other than that, business speakers were amazing at breaking down their day to day.
The culture is intertwined with the Natwest Group Purpose! Very friendly people I have met.
Everything Else
Through the use of break out rooms, CSR challenges and Virtual escape rooms.
