The Role
Enjoyed.. lots of opportunity to develop transferable skills whilst in the center of London.
Highly valued, treated as a member of the team from day one. Given your own desk and responsibilities from the very first day.
Lots of supervision and action plans, monthly reviews to manage progress and develop key focus areas.. very supportive and lots of training.
Some very busy days and some much quieter.
A lot of responsibility particularly towards the end of placement. Had the opportunity to run my own desk with clients and candidates, while being able to conduct sole candidate interviews.
Massively developed my communication skills and confidence within the workplace. Will assist hugely in post university interviews and searching for roles in the future.
The Company
Very lively particularly around sales day activities.
Well organised, training set up throughout to help.
A lot of time spent, training and reviews took place throughout the placement. Management sit on desks amongst the team so always able to help when needed.
Company Parties/Events
Quite appealing, have a good promotion structure to allow you to foresee a career path.
The Culture
Yes, an intern night out was arranged, most teams had more than one intern and intern training takes place early on... gives everyone a chance to meet.
Travel and food was very expensive, office does have a kitchen though to bring your own.
Good and close to lots of other places.
Had Christmas parties and lots of social events.
