About You
It was an excellent experience, I enjoyed how interactive was.
I felt very valued by the company we were treated as individuals and although it was a pretty short (in time) insight scheme I believe that the company invested as much as possible to every one of us.
A lot of support indeed, the structure of the insight week took place through online presentations so we received a lot of training in every business area of the company,it was very impressive due to the limited time we had, and after every session, we had an opportunity to ask questions to the presenters and even send them messages on the terminal chat!
My background is an engineering one,so I enjoyed very much learning about fintech and its divisions.I developed a lot of skills such us presentation skills communication skills and organizational skills.I would say that the company invested a lot of time in our development as they focused on our training and development very much in those three days.
The Company
It was very well structured, as this scheme took place virtually there were a lot of difficulties in order to structure an insight week, but I believe that it was very professional we were provided by breaks after each session and every day was unique
It was very friendly and professional as well, we felt that the company valued us the whole time it was very engaging as well.
As I stated before we received a lot of training during this insight week,if I remember correctly there were more than 10 training sessions in three days, all of them interactive and very helpful
A lot especially for someone with no finance background it was very important that I gained exposure in each of Bloomberg's field and I had the opportunity to learn more.
Everything Else
We had about half an hour per day to network with each other and about 15 minutes after every training to ask questions and learn more about the presenters
Definitely,it is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about fintech in general and about Bloombergs culture as a whole, also it is a great chance to meet new wonderful people and network with many bloomberg's professional
