The Role
The internship was very well structured and has provided me with a full overview of the entire company. HR was always at disposal to make sure everything ran smoothly.
I felt valued by my colleagues even though the occasions of meaningful interaction were not too common.
I was given total support and guidance. Every question I had was answered and everyone was very approachable under that point of view.
I was quite busy every day but was very happy to be. I expected a tough internship with a lot of new stuff to learn and do and this is exactly what happened. I am very satisfied with the amount of activities offered.
We were given a discrete amount of responsibilities. As the internship was remote, we did not have access to clients' data or any sensitive information.
The skills I have developed in the internship will definitely be useful in a variety of aspects of my life and career. The ability to establish relationships remotely, to be proactive and especially to move out of my comfort zone.
The Company
The general atmosphere was very positive.
The internship was extremely well organized.
I feel the company totally invested in me. I was given all the possible tools to make the most of the internship.
Working from home
Very appealing, I would love to work for Citi.
The Culture
HR did everything possible for us to meet with colleagues and a variety of teams within the business.
