  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the virtual experience?

    • I really enjoyed it. Line manager is well prepare to onboard you. HR prepared a lot of contents and sessions to join. For sure contacts and networking opportunities were missed because of covid. The only thing I would have preferred is being more free into choosing the projects.

    • A lot of sessions. It required time from: - line managers - mentors - senior managers - employees - hr I am aware we were valued a lot!

    • It definitely helped, for sure face to face would have been more effective.

    • It definitely open my eyes, especially on what I do not want to do and It helped me understand how you have to play to get where you want.

    • We had always available: - HR reference - line manager - mentor - buddy And because of the sessions, we could have took advance of connections.
